About Natural Fast Weight Loss
I created Natural Fast Weight Loss because I wanted to draw from my experience and try to help other people loose weight and change their life. My name is Vera, German native, I am 45 years old now, and I have struggled with my own (over)weight my whole life, until I finally won the battle and lost the last one of my 25 kilos in excess one year ago, without gaining them back.
Was it easy to loose all that weight? No, it wasn’t and, yes, it was. It wasn’t easy because it took me years of failed attempts and moments of deep frustration, and it was easy because when I finally started the path in the right direction, things changed in almost no time.
I’m not going to post a picture of myself with a “before” and an “after”, it would remind me of those commercials for dodgy weight loss products, besides, I love my privacy. I just hope that you find my advice useful, try to follow them, and make a new lifestyle out of them. A lifestyle that will make you stay healthy and loose weight. Before that though, please take five minutes to read this disclaimer.
Loosing weight doesn’t have to be a nightmare, but there are no healthy shortcuts. There are shortcuts, but sure not healthy.
Can weight-loss be fast and natural at the same time? Well, it depends on what you mean by fast. I assume that for at least 80% of the people reading this, fast means faster than it should be. As a matter of fact it can be quick, but as quick as your body and mind can cope with the change. There’s no real weight loss without a change of lifestyle, and any change, even if it’s for the better, needs some adaptating. This is what I mean by natural.
Even if I don’ t practice yoga, nor any other holistic discipline, I know for a fact that when it comes to loosing weight, body and mind have to go together. Let’s take the typical quick weight loss diet for example. I tried them all: minestrone, protein, green tea, but all I could achieve was loosing few kilos in 2 weeks, enough to fit into that dress for my friend’s wedding or my niece’s confirmation, just to gain them all back with interests once that the party was over. Sounds familiar? Yet now, with the benefit of hindsight I know it simply couldn’t work, because it was all too fast both for the body and mind.
Natural also means that I don’t believe in using diet pills for loosing weight, and if they are to be used they should be under strict doctor supervision. This is why this site is about: weight loss diets (read: a new way to see food), motivation, tips, solutions, but you’ll never find an article about chemical products to help people loose weight.
